Stay with the boat. If you are under the sail, lift it to make an air pocket and swim out.
Make sure the mainsheet is free.
Swim round the stern to the daggerboard, keeping hold of the boat.
Check the daggerboard is fully down.
Climb onto the board close to the hull, hold the gunwale and lean back.
Best with the mast pointing into the wind. As she comes up, climb in.
